Jennifer McNulty, Foundation Director

Jennifer McNulty joined Holy Family Hospital of Bethlehem Foundation in October of 2016. She is responsible for the oversight, management, fundraising, and awareness initiatives for Holy Family Hospital of Bethlehem Foundation.

Previously, Jennifer worked as the Director of Development, Marketing and Communications for Dog Tag, Inc., a veteran service organization where she oversaw all fundraising and awareness initiatives for the organization. During her tenure at Dog Tag, Inc., she met all funding goals and created a strategic fundraising plan for future years as well as raised awareness of the program both locally and nationally. Prior to Dog Tag, Jennifer was the Director of Business Development for the National Guard Youth Foundation where she developed a three-year strategic fundraising plan projecting a 50% revenue growth.

Jennifer was also a key stakeholder within the Taylormade Experience Corporation, a fundraising and event management company. She help grow the company and brought in new business as well as taking the lead with many nonprofit clients to assure their fundraising goals were met.

Earlier on in her career, she co-founded and served as the Executive Director of the Washington, DC chapter of Dress for Success. During her eight plus years at Dress for Success, she grew the organization exponentially through program development, fundraising and awareness initiatives.

Jennifer holds a M.A. in International Affairs from the Catholic University of America and a B.S. in Political Science from Old Dominion University. Jennifer, her husband, and son reside in Alexandria, VA.

 

Molly Huish Moesel, Operations Manager

Molly Moesel joined Holy Family Hospital of Bethlehem Foundation in September 2010. She is responsible for overseeing communications, finance, and operations projects for the Foundation.

Since she started, Molly has played a major role in expanding the grant partnership program, updating the communications material, handling all Foundation finances, and overseeing fundraising events. She regularly travels to Holy Family Hospital in Bethlehem to speak with patients and collect photos of the work being done there.

Molly holds a M.S. in Global Health from George Mason University and a B.A. in History from Brigham Young University. During her time at BYU, Molly spent a semester in Jerusalem and traveled extensively throughout the region. Molly and her husband live in Old Town Alexandria and enjoy spending time outside with their energetic dog.

 

Katlyn Gangl, Marketing and Operations Officer

Katlyn Gangl joined the team at Holy Family Hospital Foundation of Bethlehem as the Development Assistant in March 2015.  She assumed the role of Marketing and Operations Officer in April 2016 and supports all aspects of development, operations, and communications for the Foundation.

Katlyn came to the Foundation after completing her undergraduate studies at Virginia Tech in December 2014.  She holds a B.S. in Applied Economic Management with a focus in International Development and Trade.  In 2014, Katlyn spent four months in Arusha, Tanzania work with a local NGO on health empowerment and agricultural initiatives benefiting women and families in low-income village communities.

A lifelong Catholic, Katlyn also serves as a Music Minister at Shrine of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Washington, DC.
