Jennifer McNulty, Foundation Director


Jennifer McNulty joined Holy Family Hospital of Bethlehem Foundation in October of 2016. She is responsible for the oversight, management, fundraising, and awareness initiatives for Holy Family Hospital of Bethlehem Foundation.

Previously, Jennifer worked as the Director of Development, Marketing and Communications for Dog Tag, Inc., a veteran service organization where she oversaw all fundraising and awareness initiatives for the organization. During her tenure at Dog Tag, Inc., she met all funding goals and created a strategic fundraising plan for future years as well as raised awareness of the program both locally and nationally. Prior to Dog Tag, Jennifer was the Director of Business Development for the National Guard Youth Foundation where she developed a three-year strategic fundraising plan projecting a 50% revenue growth.

Jennifer was also a key stakeholder within the Taylormade Experience Corporation, a fundraising and event management company. She help grow the company and brought in new business as well as taking the lead with many nonprofit clients to assure their fundraising goals were met.

Earlier on in her career, she co-founded and served as the Executive Director of the Washington, DC chapter of Dress for Success. During her eight plus years at Dress for Success, she grew the organization exponentially through program development, fundraising and awareness initiatives.

Jennifer holds a M.A. in International Affairs from the Catholic University of America and a B.S. in Political Science from Old Dominion University. Jennifer, her husband, and son reside in Alexandria, VA.


Kate Robinson, Grants and Operations Manager


Kate Robinson joined the Foundation’s staff in May 2017 where she provides operational and strategic fundraising support for the organization. Kate has more than 10 years of communication and development experience working with non-profits around the globe.

Most recently, Kate worked with Kakenya Center for Excellence, an international non-profit dedicated to girls’ education and empowerment.  Working in their DC office, Kate implemented their communication strategy, cultivated and maintained donor relations, and managed daily operations for the organization.

Previously, Kate had the privilege of working for non-profits such as Second Harvest Food Bank of Wisconsin and Girl Neighborhood Power, organizations with a core mission of helping children and families whose voices are too often not heard.

A graduate of Fordham University with a BA in Political Science, Kate lives in Maryland with her husband and three teenage children.  She is happiest when sitting at a large dinner table surrounded by family and friends.


Katlyn Gangl, Marketing and Communications Manager


Katlyn Gangl joined the team at Holy Family Hospital Foundation of Bethlehem as the Development Assistant in March 2015.  She assumed the role of Marketing and Communications Manager in May 2017 and supports various aspects of communications and outreach for the Foundation.

Katlyn came to the Foundation after completing her undergraduate studies at Virginia Tech in December 2014.  She holds a B.S. in Applied Economic Management with a focus in International Development and Trade.  In 2014, Katlyn spent four months in Arusha, Tanzania work with a local NGO on health empowerment and agricultural initiatives benefiting women and families in low-income village communities.

A lifelong Catholic, Katlyn also serves as Music Minister at Shrine of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Washington, DC.
