Kate Robinson, Foundation Director
Kate Robinson joined the Foundation’s staff in May 2017 where she provides operational and strategic fundraising support for the organization. Kate has more than ten years of communication and development experience working with non-profits around the globe.
Most recently, Kate worked with Kakenya Center for Excellence, an international non-profit dedicated to girls’ education and empowerment. Working in their DC office, Kate implemented their communication strategy, cultivated and maintained donor relations, and managed daily operations for the organization.
Previously, Kate had the privilege of working for non-profits such as Second Harvest Food Bank of Wisconsin and Girl Neighborhood Power, organizations with a core mission of helping children and families whose voices are too often not heard.
A graduate of Fordham University with a BA in Political Science, Kate lives in Maryland with her husband and three teenage children. She is happiest when sitting at a large dinner table surrounded by family and friends.
Anna Harter, Communications Manager
Anna Harter joined the Foundation’s staff in September 2018, where she directs the communications for the organization, including social media, public relations, and promotional material management.
In May 2018, Anna graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign Affairs and Religious Studies from the University of Virginia. When she’s not cheering on UVA basketball, you can find her reading in a local coffee shop. Anna currently resides in Stafford, Virginia.
Kristen Burke, Development Associate
Kristen Burke joined the Foundation’s staff in December 2018, where she assists with all aspects of development and fundraising for the foundation, including parish outreach and grant research.
In May 2018, Kristen graduated from Elon University with a BA in Human Service Studies. She is a Philadelphia native and currently lives in DC. Kristen loves cooking and exercising.
